Here is what every service costs, what you get for it, and what changes the price. No hidden numbers, and no package picked before we meet your dog.
The short answer: a consultation is $100 to $150, private lessons are $1,500 to $2,000, group classes are $275 to $450, and day training is $1,900 to $3,000.
Those are our prices at Scentsible K9 in Meridian, and we serve Boise, Nampa, Eagle, Kuna, Star, Caldwell and Garden City. The right option depends on your dog, not on what is easiest to sell. That is why private lessons and day training start with a consultation, where we tell you honestly what we think your dog needs.
Full details live on each service page: private lessons, group classes and day training.
Every private and day training plan starts here. The consultation runs 60 minutes and costs $100 in our Meridian office or $150 at your home. You leave with a clear plan for your dog and an honest recommendation, including when something else would serve your dog better.
Foundation is $1,500 for 5 sessions. Behavior Transformation is $1,800 for 8 sessions and is our most popular. Long-Term Reliability is $2,000 for 10 sessions. Every package teaches you and your dog together, in your home or at our facility. Payment plans are available. Ask during your consultation.
Every class meets one hour a week for six weeks in Meridian and caps at three dogs. Intro to Nose Work is $275, STAR Puppy is $300, Intro to Odor is $325, Advanced Odor Detection is $350 and Fundamental Obedience is $450. The Tricks and Fitness trial night is free.
Your dog trains with us in three-hour half days and sleeps at home every night. This is not board-and-train. Foundation is $1,900 for 4 training days, Intensive is $2,500 for 9 days and Transformation is $3,000 for 12 days. Each package includes private transfer lessons that hand the skills to you, plus a 15-minute recap at every pickup.
The behavior assessment is free and takes a few minutes. It names the pattern behind your dog's behavior and suggests the right level of support. Idaho Pack Walks are free group walks, and the Tricks and Fitness trial night is a free first class.
Four things decide which option fits and what you will spend.
A puppy with manners gaps needs less time than a dog with leash reactivity or years of fear. On our day training page, Foundation is for manners gaps, Intensive is what we recommend most for leash reactivity, and Transformation is for multi-trigger and complex cases.
A group class spreads a trainer across three dogs, so it costs the least. Private lessons are built around one dog. Day training costs the most because a trainer does the hard reps with your dog for hours at a time.
A consultation at your home is $50 more than one in our office. For day training, we can pick your dog up and bring them home for an added fee, quoted by distance at the consult.
The same plan costs less in the end when it works the first time. Practice between sessions is what makes training hold, which is why every package teaches you, not just your dog.
Book a consultation. We will meet your dog and tell you which option makes sense, even when it is the less expensive one.
