By accessing this website, booking services, or participating in training with Scentsible K9 Training, LLC ("Scentsible K9," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use this website or our services.
You must be at least 18 years old to use this website or participate in training services. By participating, you confirm that you are the legal owner or authorized guardian of the dog(s) involved.
Scentsible K9 provides dog training services, consultations, group classes, and educational content. Training results vary by dog and handler. No specific outcome is guaranteed.
Dog training involves inherent risks, including dog bites or scratches, property damage, emotional or physical stress, and injuries to participants or dogs. By participating, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with dog training and related activities.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to release, waive, and hold harmless Scentsible K9 Training, LLC and its owners, employees, contractors, trainers, volunteers, and representatives from any claims, injuries, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of participation in training. This includes claims arising from ordinary negligence, but does not apply to intentional or reckless misconduct.
You are responsible for your conduct, your dog's behavior, and the conduct of anyone accompanying you. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Scentsible K9 Training, LLC from any claims or damages caused by you, your dog, or your guests during or after training.
Training success depends on handler consistency and follow-through. Dogs learn at different rates. No guarantee of behavior change is made. Recommendations of tools or services are not guarantees of outcome.
You agree to remain responsive to communication from Scentsible K9. If you fail to respond within 48 hours, missed sessions may be forfeited, sessions are non-refundable, and services may be terminated without refund if communication issues persist.
By booking services, you authorize Scentsible K9 Training, LLC to charge your payment method on file for agreed services. You agree to contact us directly before disputing any charges and to maintain accurate payment information.
Unless otherwise requested in writing, you grant Scentsible K9 permission to photograph or record you and/or your dog, and use media for educational, marketing, or promotional purposes. You may request not to be photographed or recorded at any time.
All website content — including text, images, logos, and videos — is the property of Scentsible K9 Training, LLC. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute content without written permission.
This website and all services are provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties regarding accuracy of content, continuous availability, or fitness for a particular purpose. Use of the site and services is at your own risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Scentsible K9 Training, LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for services.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site or services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
