By accessing this website, booking services, or participating in training with Scentsible K9 Training, LLC (“Scentsible K9,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use this website or participate in training services.

By participating, you confirm that you are the legal owner or authorized guardian of the dog(s) involved.

2. Services Provided

Scentsible K9 provides:

• Dog training services

• Consultations

• Group classes

• Educational content

Training results vary by dog and handler.
No specific outcome is guaranteed.

3. Assumption of Risk

Dog training involves inherent risks, including but not limited to:

• Dog bites or scratches

• Property damage

• Emotional or physical stress to dogs or humans

• Injuries to participants, dogs, or third parties

By participating, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with dog training and related activities.

4. Release of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to release, waive, and hold harmless Scentsible K9 Training, LLC and its owners, employees, contractors, trainers, volunteers, and representatives from any claims, injuries, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of participation in training or use of facilities or equipment.

This includes claims arising from ordinary negligence, but does not apply to intentional or reckless misconduct.

5. Indemnification

You are responsible for:

• Your conduct

• Your dog’s behavior

• The conduct of anyone accompanying you (including minors)

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Scentsible K9 Training, LLC from any claims or damages caused by you, your dog, or your guests during or after training.

6. No Guarantee of Results

You acknowledge that:

• Training success depends on handler consistency and follow-through

• Dogs learn at different rates

• No guarantee of behavior change is made

Recommendations of tools, services, or products are not guarantees of outcome or satisfaction.

7. Client Communication Responsibility

You agree to remain responsive to communication from Scentsible K9.

If you fail to respond within a reasonable timeframe (typically 48 hours):

• Missed or delayed sessions may be forfeited

• Sessions are non-refundable

• Services may be terminated without refund if communication issues persist

Training success requires participation and communication.

8. Payment Authorization

By booking services, you authorize Scentsible K9 Training, LLC to charge your payment method on file for agreed services.

You agree to:

• Contact Scentsible K9 directly before disputing any charges

• Maintain accurate payment information

Payments are processed through secure third-party providers. While unlikely, you acknowledge the inherent risks of electronic payment systems.

9. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Cancellations or rescheduling require 24 hours’ notice

• Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged in full

• After the first session, training packages are non-refundable

• Unused sessions may be transferred or credited at trainer discretion only

10. Photo & Media Release

Unless otherwise requested in writing, you grant Scentsible K9 permission to:

• Photograph or record you and/or your dog

• Use media for educational, marketing, or promotional purposes

You may request not to be photographed or recorded at any time.

11. Website Use & Intellectual Property

All website content—including text, images, logos, and videos—is the property of Scentsible K9 Training, LLC.

You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute content without written permission.

You agree not to:

• Use the site for unlawful purposes

• Attempt to disrupt site functionality

• Misuse or scrape content

We make no warranties regarding:
